Ultimate Optimus Prime – Three Modes Available
As the most powerful and iconic figure of the story, Transformers Dark of The Moon Ultimate Optimus Prime has to have more capabilities than the entire Transformers characters. There are three modes available in this action figure including Trailer, Robot and Power Up. It is the power up mode that makes Prime as a giant robot complete with all the required weaponry and strong armor to blast Decepticons all the way around. Ultimate Optimus Prime is actually the extension of the ordinary figure seen in the first and second sequel of the movie. Provided with more weapons and wings, you can have the 22 inch giant character named Ultimate Optimus Prime.
This is probably the mightiest action figure of Prime ever manufactured by Hasbro. The guns placements are important since this can ruin the overall look of trailer mode when not properly placed. It is the weaponry that makes ordinary Prime to the Ultimate Optimus Prime. Surprisingly, Trailer mode is neatly designed to carry the entire guns inside the cab. When turns into robot/power up mode all the weapons can easily be attached to the Mechtech ports available. Another good idea is the newly designed feet to support the character in many poses; Ultimate Optimus Prime is a giant yet strongly supported by his feet.
Ultimate Optimus Prime – Electronic Action Figure
Hasbro makes good additions to the character by attaching some electronic effects of lights and sounds. Ultimate Optimus Prime DOTM is capable to create some menacing blasting battle and launching missiles sound effects plus glowing weapon lights. Electronic features are powered by 2 “AA” batteries which are already included in the package. There are three different sounds possible using three separate triggers; one pull tab is functioned for extending the gun as well and 2 more buttons are available. Hasbro really makes nice improvements with these audio and visual effects to match the pose-ability and great look of Ultimate Optimus Prime.
