It is also designed with rubber covering the side to absorb attack and gain more spinning power.

The cyclone fusion wheel mounted in the Beyblade Cyclone Herculeo is considered to be the one of most powerful fusion wheel. The combination with Herculeo energy ring also reduces the attack power to avoid more damaging result. As the energy ring is equipped with rubber, the attack power will be greatly reduced. When hitting the opposing beyblade, it is the rubber on the energy ring that makes the first contact; it is good for playing since there will be no heavy damage to the other beyblade you have.
The fusion wheel is perfect to be combined with the energy ring as this is also carrying two purposes, which are assault and barrage. Once again, the rubber is a great idea from the designer as it is functioned as the perfect equalizer between the assault mode, which is considerably one of the strongest, and the barrage mode. Logically, there will be enough power with enough balance.
